 We are swingers, so when we play with other adults it is usually at at House Sex Party. So that would be scheduled. When we are alone, we can have sex at any moment.

 I only schedule when one of my "regulars" contacts me because I know he works and doesn't have much time. Otherwise it's spontaneous.

 Spontaneity is harder when you don't live in the same city & both have busy lives. Just getting together to talk face to face has to be planned.
