No Thanks VS. No Responce 11/21/2006
We were recently contacted by a 19 year old man. When we said
"No thanks" your'e not what were looking
for, he proceded to swear and say all sorts of nasty things.
We thought we were doing the courtious thing by at least
responding to say sorry.

Learning to just say no 11/14/2006
Seems like there's a lot of people on here that are willing
to say "yes" when you first meet them. They still
say "yes" and lead you on for a while. But they'll
never commit to it - and finally when you've arranged
a time and place to meet, they say no.

it s pretty obvious that an individual can change their
mind even after some initial interest. The question is
why not have the common decency to let the other person know
straight up instead of ignoring them. to me that seems a
bit rude or am i expecting too much in terms of good manners?

What is the best way to tell a person that the meeting set
up for the first time, just isn't what you want afterall.
Should you let them down gently? Or should you just be straight
up and to the point and say you just don't want to meet

The usual fancy a chat normally gets rejected straight

Other than flat out telling someone your not interested,
you should have backup plans. If you go to meet someone and
they werent what you expected or werent feeling them; I
can't think of many good ones off the top of my head but
i'll try a few: feel free to add on suggestions
-you could have someone call you pretending its an exmergency
*lame excuse but its hard to argue...ie ...

Is it just me, or do alot of you out there find that there are
a lot of others on this site who don't know how to respond
to someone they're not interested in?
We are all adults on this site, and are all (most of us anyway)here
for the same thing...sex. If you aren't interested
in meeting someone it is courteous to send a reply.
